Shipping and delivery time methods

Turnkey items are shipped the same or next working day, while in the opposite case, the time is determined after order confirmation (usually no more than 5-7 days). Orders in Greece sent by Courier and delivered to you in 1-2 business days. For inaccessible areas, such as small villages or small islands in winter, the time is a little longer. If you are in a hurry and you live outside main cities, you can call us on +30 24210 24724 and we can calculate for you the extra costs required to deliver your order sooner. Shipments abroad are made as 1st Class Registered Mail by ELTA Greek Post, and the average delivery time is 3-10 days to countries within the European Union and 7-15 days for all other countries of the world.

Shipping charges

- Greece: orders over 30 € don't incur shipping costs. For orders less than 30 €, there is a single 5 € charge for Greece (including cash on delivery costs).

- European Union & remaining international destinations: orders over 99 € don't incur shipping costs. For orders less than 99 € there is a single charge of 8 €.

- Greece: Cash on delivery.

- Greece & abroad: Credit card via the largest payment system in the world, Paypal. All Major credit cards are accepted and it is not necessary to have an account with Paypal.

- Greece & abroad: Money transfer via Paypal.

- Greece & abroad: Payment via bank transfer to ALPHA BANK, Piraeus Bank or National Bank of Greece.

Terms of returns – refunds

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your order!

1. Product returns must be in their original packaging. 

2. Returns are accepted over a period of 15 days from the day of receipt of the order by the customer from the courier company or post office delivery service.

3. The return - change must be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt.

4. With the return of the product, a credit can be made to your account for future purchase or a refund to the account of your bank. For the second case it is necessary to send us an accompanying document with the account number, IBAN, and the bank details.

5. Changes are made only through our on-line store

6. Changes in discounted or on offer items are made based on the price of the items at the time of the purchase.

RETURN ON NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT PROCESS

1. The products are sent with sender's charge, together with a copy of the Retail Receipt, and a note indicating the reasons of the return.

2. Contact us on +30 24210 24724 or through our store contact form for shipping instructions.

3. At the same time make a new order on the product you wish to shop online and type in the field COMMENTS that this is a return and also the number of the Retail Receipt.

4. The new product is sent at recipient's expense upon receipt of the returned product and a copy of the Retail Receipt.

REFUND ON NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT PROCESS

1. The products are sent at sender's expense, together with a copy of the Retail Receipt.

2. Contact us on +30 24210 24724 or through our store contact form for shipping instructions.

3. Please, include inside the package your full contact details (name, contact number, account number, IBAN, bank) and a copy of the Retail Receipt. If payment has been made by credit card, your money is refunded to the card used.

4. The refund process starts upon receipt of the product, a copy of the Retail Receipt and your full contact detail.

5. The refund is carried out within 15 working days of the receipt of the product (product value excluding shipping costs).

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

All jewelry are handled and checked before sent by the company's staff. However, if you notice a problem, you should contact us on +03 22850 74456 or through the contact form of our store within 24 hours of delivery time, expressing your concerns.

If the product is found to be defective, the product is sent to Arodou Jewelry via 1st Class Registered Mail at recipient's charge, according to the Terms of returns – refunds process. The product is replaced and returned to the customer at the expense of Arodou Jewelry company.
In order a defective product to be accepted, the damage should not be from misuse of the product. In the event that the damage is due to improper use from the customer's side, then  the same product is returned to the customer at own expense.
